Dr. Marc MorrisMarc has over 10 years of experience as an online nutrition coach, along with a Ph.D. in Human Nutrition. Just like you, Marc has been in situations where the results just aren’t showing. You might be in the gym 5 times a week, but you can’t seem to reach your weight loss goals. Or, you struggle to pack on some lean muscle mass. Through his experience and educational training, Marc quickly learned that nutrition is the key to achieving your fitness goals.
Since the age of 16, Marc has been lifting weights and putting fitness at the center of his life. From 2016-2018, he was the Head Coach for Team Canada in the IPF Open Powerlifting Championships. Marc is passionate about his work; he measures success in terms of how many clients achieve their goals and better themselves. Jon GOUGHIn his younger years, Jon entered into the world of fitness as an athlete. The only thing that equalled his love of sports was being in the gym. There wasn’t a day that you couldn’t find Jon either in the gym or competing with a team on the field. Sports taught Jon many lessons, such as dedication, commitment, hard work, teamwork, and to believe in yourself.
Jon’s passion for health and fitness continues to grow - leading Jon to the University of Saskatchewan where he is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Jon has also graduated from the polyhealth Level 1 Nutrition Coaching Program. He is also a national level-Powerlifter, CanFit Pro Certified Training Specialist, and Canadian Powerlifting Union Certified Coach. Jon provides training and nutrition programs for general health and fitness clients of all levels. He is always pursuing knowledge, both in school and out of school, to become a better coach and athlete. Jon believes that in order to succeed in life, you need to believe in yourself and have a great support group. |
DALLAS ODGERSUpon graduation from the University of Saskatchewan Dietetics program in 2015, Dallas has been busy! He's the founder of North Battleford Strength & Conditioning, a full-time Registered Dietitian, and recently become a husband and father.
His day revolves around talking nutrition, cooking, training, coffee, and being a family guy. Dallas' nutrition practice is very food focused - figuring out how to optimize how you eat, adapting to your needs, without sacrificing taste.
